Returns Policy

1. General Return Policy

1.1. We accept returns for products valued at £40 or more. Items below this amount are not eligible for return.
1.2. Customers must provide proof of purchase to initiate a return.
1.3. We offer refunds only; exchanges are not available.
1.4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Return Conditions

2.1. Customers must request a return within 2 days after delivery.
2.2. We do not accept returns unless the item was sent damaged. Proof of damage upon delivery must be provided.
2.3. Limited edition items are non-returnable.
2.4. Valid return reasons include:

• Misprint

• Damaged item upon arrival (must provide photographic proof).

3. Return Process

3.1. Customers can initiate a return by completing the return request form (available in the footer of our website) or by contacting us via email at info.grindlux@gmail.com.
3.2. Customers must provide clear photos of the damaged or misprinted item when submitting a return request.
3.3. Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping; we do not provide prepaid return labels.
3.4. Returns must be shipped using a tracked and secure shipping method.

4. Refund Processing

4.1. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4.2. Return shipping costs are not refunded; customers bear the cost of return shipping.
4.3. Customers will receive an email confirmation once their refund has been processed.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

5.1. If an incorrect or defective item is received, we only offer a refund, not a replacement.
5.2. We do not cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

6. Order Cancellations

6.1. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
6.2. If an order is refused upon delivery, it will not be eligible for a refund.
